Items labeled 18k Brazilian Gold Filled (BGF) have a durability life of over 1 year and are made with 5% of 18K Gold (3-5 grams per kilo). The base material is Brass (copper and zinc). They are hypoallergenic, nickel free and shower safe, however we don't recommend wearing them in pools or the ocean.
